We apologize that the abaya did not meet your standards. All our garments are custom made and only made upon request therefore, we have a NO REFUND OR  EXCHANGE POLICY.  We will only accept exchanges/replacements if there's an error or manufacturing defect on our end. In the event this occurs, we will send a replacement for the same garment originally purchased on our next shipment date with free shipping. Please understand that this is not based on a lack of compassion, but rather the consistency in our guidelines. Shukran for understanding.
